This year we returned to a more typical theme of advent, looking at the idea of light. This, by extension (along with considering the other, more mournful aspects of "advent,") led to the theme light and shadow. I particularly loved getting to draw and design all the graphic elements of this book, which is different from all the other books that tend to rely on photographs.
